The Purpose of This Site

Once this site was just for me. It was a personal blog, journal or diary of my journey with the Lord. However one day reading it I found that this could also be a real testimony to the world. Evangelism is my heart. Jesus is my life. This is my real account of my Christian walk and revelation that I share with you. In all things take them to scripture. I do not claim to be an expert though I study, research and seek the truth daily. My purpose it to stir your heart towards the Heavenly Father so you can pursue your own Journey with the lord through his word and in spirit.

Revelation May Break My Flesh But Words Will Never Change Me.

Proverbs 29:18-19

8Where there is no revelation, the people cast off restraint;

but blessed is he who keeps the law.

19A servant cannot be corrected by mere words;

though he understands, he will not respond.

---------------------------------------------------------------

Intrepid is the word I look for when reading this scripture.
It is clear that in our understanding of this scripture we find something clear that
a man needs revelation before true change occurs, no matter how much
you are barked at. Asked, or even motivated to do what another man says. Intrepid because these are brave words with perfect meaning that cannot be ignored.

A Servant cannot be corrected by mere words. He may understand but will he do?
I think in this a great system is created in the levels of humanity and spirit. It is that true revelation cannot be undone by mans ways. I believe this is why it says that Gods ways are not our ways.

A mystery reveled but realized everyday that mere man cannot change by being asked. He cannot convert by presumption or by motivation. No for a man a servant of God and even when he is not well versed, When his understanding of scripture is little still he cannot be changed until his understanding becomes revelation.

This is why you cannot change a man. you cannot force people to believe. you must as Jesus did walk in your fathers way. Those who see will follow and will be changed. It is unfortunate that we make it so much more complex than what it really is and as its been said you can truly loose a lot in translation.

In the sense that his belief comes from true revelation the safe guard that God put in all his children is that only true revelation can change a man. This is a great thing to understand when worshiping, when spending time with the father. Even when you have noticed that you keep doing something that you know you should not. Or in the same sense you see someone else repeating behaviors or actions that are not helpful. It is that they have just not received true revelation.

So should we as children of God like men beating our heads against the wall trying to understand why the world is the way it is continue doing so just like the world? Or should we seek God for a greater understanding? I purpose this: that most desires to see the truth of the world nullifies the truth of Jesus and exemplifies the methods of man. These are the ways of cults, these are the ways of religion gone astray. These are the fleshly ways of the church to build the bigger and the better church and the more perfect christian.

They come to a cataclysmic end. They leave in the wake in its place. People who are burdened and hurt by the ways of man. People who cannot achieve perfection who are disheartened because they have tried accomplishing sanctification without Jesus. If you want to see someone hurt, destroyed, abandoned and alone find someone who has tried to seek God without the aid of the savior Jesus. Then you will find those lost and destroyed by perfection gone astray.

Jesus is the only way to Salvation. I know that for a christian seems to be a lesson in the "whoop tee doo" excercise with a small hand gesture to personify much like the rolling of the eyes sarcasm. In all of this you see people like the Scientologist who have been taken prisoner of building the better you.

I think it is very interesting cause it would seem that even the new church has taken this turn of making the better you. Of building the better church. I really from what I have read in the word of God see no desire or even a pointing to this new and better church. What I do see is a call to the original to the foundation of Christ Jesus. To the feet of the father. To the organic and the supernatural. To the vision maker "JESUS" not a new vision. I do not see this desire to build congregations but to minister to the lost in every city and every town. I see a Jesus who for the most part is building the bride in the sense of the returning not in the sense of the staying and playing.

Much of what we see is contrary to what God is doing. How is it then? Have we the church not received the true revelation of what it means to be children of God. Have we lost our passion for what we stand for and had to make the place of "Great worship".."Good Food".. "Nice building" our ode to the Father?

Our self-help Christianity must go if we want to impact the world. We are no different than a rather good Oprah episode many times. Using the word of God to increase, character, make ourselves the better you. It really is very very sad. I was hoping to write something rather encouraging and I hope that this will encourage you to read the word of God and seek what Christ wanted to see in the church.

It is no surprise to me that Paul saw himself as Dirty, Filthy rags. He was not suffering from false humility or from a twisted view of himself. He realized it was not about perfecting himself that mattered. What did matter what that he would see himself in the true light of who he was in comparison to his great mission. He knew that being something was not what he needed to be successful but was that Christ could be his all through him by Paul realizing who he was and humbling himself and being used by the hands of God. Paul was not about the top 10 things for a better christian walk. He was not about this things to change and you will be perfected to be like him.

No Paul was about abandonment. He was about a flawed man seeing the face of God and showing it to the world. This is what we are called to as Christians. This is was also what Moses was about. Abraham as well. These men's lives changed with an encounter with God. Abraham was in the Tent, Moses was in the fire and Paul's was on a Horse. Moses found himself face to face with God in a desert after murder and Paul after killing Christians was knocked off his high horse and was blinded for a short time to see the revealing truth of Jesus but only found it once he was blind.

Are we doing God justice by trying to perfect ourselves. Are we spending too much time on how we look and what we are doing and neglecting the very need. The need to share who Jesus is. Moses hit the rock and when he hit the rock the people still went into the promise land. It was not by hitting that rock he changed the destiny of others. It was because the man was that God chose Moses. It was not through any level of perfection he was chosen.

I am saying this all to say this. In the way of the Lord not what you have been told or even where you are what is it God is telling you now. Are you looking for something more rewarding? Because the christian life is not just about rewards. Are you looking for blessing cause it is not just about blessing. It is about a ultimate truth. it is not about how you can improve yourself but it is about the Good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. That is what it has been about and will always be about.

Its amazing because as a writer and often times when I have taught even the small amount of times I have always come to this. But we try to make it more than what it is and we discredit what it is we believe. If you came to Jesus for any other reason than the Gospel then I implore you to understand this. Please take a look at that perspective...see if where you have come have you achieved something.

Buddhism is about achieving Nirvana. Hinduism is about achieving freedom. Mormonism is about being your own God. Paganism is about Self Idolatry (ie..being your own god). Christianity is not about Achieving it is about Dying. It is about leaving all that you are and becoming a vessel to be used by God. It is about the Father and about the Son. It is about the impact of the Holy spirit and the greater him in the lowly you. It is about how he is the VISIONARY of the church not man and he has entrusted men to lead in his vision. We must not be misdirected by motive in the light of forgetting why we do what we do. Sooner or later without Revelation we will cast of the Restraint of teachings. We will cast off what we have been told.

Sometimes we can become abandoned in this world, afraid, scarred and left for dead by this world and sometimes the church takes the part very well and for those who have been hurt this way my prayers go out to them. I do however want you to realize this. The church in all of its glory is a reflection of Jesus but the perfection of that revelation for many years has been seen by many churches as making the windows clean from the inside. But really the windows on the outside need to be cleaned as well. There needs to be a two way vision of what my Job is a Christian. Is it to make you a believer or is it to show you and see that In Christ all things come clearer.

If we take the position of so many other religions and cults. People will not see this revelation of Jesus. We will be seen as reactionaries. We will be seen a people with a cause. People with agenda. I think this is all at a loss. What people should see Christians as is Free people living in the light and revelation of Jesus Christ, Transformed, Saved without Cause and Agenda living a life abandoned to the will of God. This is not a text book description it is mine. But I believe you will see what I mean. We are gathering things. We are making ourselves perfected for what cause?

I think there needs to be a REAL rewind of the heart to see where we started and what we are heading for. Cause if I became a christian for better program for my kids, better morals and great worship, good food and a wonderful preacher then I truly have lost out on this great revelation. I really need to go back to the basics of the Church. I need to understand and truly read to reveal the Gospel "The Good News" and see just why it is Good News and Not the book of the 10 number one reason why it is Good news. There is something amiss and I believe it can be seen from all directions even the unsaved.

I think the unsaved can see sometimes without the blinders. Please understand this. Though the cross is foolishness to them the reality of what we are selling is not foreign to them. There is nothing new about our methods. There is no fooling the ones who we have been trying to sell for so long. Your brothers, sisters and friends will not be changed by what you say. Sometimes not even by what you do. But more times than not by what you do. This still is not the complete picture. The real thing is will you support in all situations what you believe without regret, without apology, without holding back this far greater understanding. Will you let emotions get in the way of this perfect Gospel and changing it into a sales pitch for the down and out and the "needy".  Excluding the well off, the wealthy and those who appear to being well.  Is this the Gospel or is it?  Does it apply to everyone or just to a minute few. More importantly are you excluding others who need Jesus based on your personal belief rather than on scripture?

I know this seems harsh but the truth and the harsh truth are important factors. They embody something of GREAT value. The denial of self and the understanding that this is not a exercise

this is a way of life.
